Ethan Flowerday

I'm a Cloud/Network/Systems Engineer in Grand Rapids with experience serving small/medium size clients. Most of my experience is in the Managed Service Provider (MSP) space. I specialize in automation serving as an Automation/RMM administrator. I also help choose and deploy the solutions our clients use on a technical steering comittee. I have experience designing, selling, and deploying network, cloud, and server projects for our clients. I work primarily with Windows Server, virtualization, network designing & monitoring, cloud infrastructure, IAM, cloud/information security, and endpoint security. I also help take service escalation issues.
